Hotel Accommodations

The conference will be held at The Woodlands Marriott Waterway Hotel and Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas, close to Houston and 22 miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a fitness center, business center, outdoor pool, spa, bicycles and is pet friendly.  All hotel rooms have complimentary wireless internet access.  There is a restaurant and bar on site that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and alcohol at an additional fee.  There are several restaurants and stores accessible just outside of the front doors of the hotel.  Just outside the back door is a free trolley that takes guests to other locations like Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing.

Wheelchair accessible rooms are available upon request by calling the hotel.  All rooms include a small fridge.

 

A block of discounted hotel rooms is being held for conference participants at a preferred rate until Thursday June 18, 2026. Once the room block is full, rooms are subject to availability at the current market rate.

• For Bonvoy Elite Gold members and above, the fee also includes a hot or cold beverage daily from Illy, the on-site coffee shop and bar.

Guests will be required to show their conference pass for admission to the conference area of the hotel throughout the weekend. Unapproved meetings, marketing, soliciting or promotions are not permitted. Many of the restaurants in the area will also be giving our attendees a 10% discount if they show their conference pass.

Travel Arrangements

By Air: The hotel is located 22 miles from George Bush International Airport. Guests will be responsible for their transportation between the airport and the hotel.  This is typically $40-$60 one-way using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.  Costs may be higher or lower depending on time of day and traffic.

By Train: You can get to Houston by Amtrak train from many cities around the US. The Houston Amtrak station is 30 miles from the conference hotel. View the Amtrak route map and Amtrak schedule for more information.

By Car: The hotel is conveniently located at 1601 Lake Robbins Drive The Woodlands, Texas. Self-parking is free for all conference attendees.

With 220 miles of hike and bike trails, 151 parks, a world-class resort, championship golf courses and a culinary, shopping and event scene along Hughes Landing and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands always has something new and exciting popping up year round. There is a free trolley stop near the hotel that takes guests to other locations like Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing.
