Conference Sponsorship Packages

Sponsors can support the conference at multiple levels, from Bronze to Diamond, with benefits that may include:

  • Brand recognition on the conference website, program, and signage

  • Exhibit space to connect directly with attendees

  • Complimentary conference registrations

  • Opportunities to sponsor specific conference activities, meals, or networking events

  • Recognition during conference sessions and recorded lectures

Exhibitors & Unmanned Table Displays

  • Exhibiting provides in-person engagement with patients, caregivers, clinicians and researchers.

  • New for 2026: Unmanned Table Displays allow organizations to maintain a visible presence even if they cannot attend in person. Approved materials and product samples are displayed in high-traffic areas throughout the conference.

Conference Program Advertising

Organizations may place full-color advertisements in the official conference program, which is shared digitally with all virtual attendees and distributed in print at the event. Congratulate our Awards Ceremony winners or promote your brand.

In-Kind & Charity Auction Donations

We also welcome contribution of goods or professional services to support the conference, such as:

  • Gift baskets, gift cards, or unique experiences
