Hotel Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Durham Research Triangle in Cary, NC, close to the Raleigh Durham airport and about 20 minutes outside of downtown Raleigh, NC. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a 24-hour fitness center, business center, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and complimentary evening reception for guests staying at the hotel. All hotel rooms have complimentary wireless internet access.​​

 

Sleeping rooms at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Durham Research Triangle are now sold out during our conference dates.  The conference itself is not sold out and tickets are still available.  Guests are responsible for booking for their own lodging.  There are many other hotels within a 5 mile radius of the Embassy Suites as shown in the map below.  We suggest staying at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Durham Airport.

Guests will be required to show their conference pass for admission to the conference area of the Embassy Suites hotel throughout the weekend. Unapproved meetings, marketing, soliciting or promotions are not permitted.

Travel Arrangements

Please note, new federal laws require a Real ID compliant driver's license or passport to travel by plane in the US starting on May 7th. Please check with your state DMV to find out if your driver's license is Real ID compliant. Read more about Real ID here.

By Air: The hotel is located 15 minutes from Raleigh Durham International Airport. The Embassy Suites provides a complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport on a 24-hour basis. Call the hotel at 919-677-1840 for pickup.

By Train: You can get to Raleigh by Amtrak train from many cities around the US. The Cary station is 4 miles from the Embassy Suites Raleigh Durham Triangle. View the Amtrak route map and Amtrak schedule for more information.

By Car: The hotel is conveniently located at 201 Harrison Oaks Cary, NC 27513. Self-parking is free for all conference attendees.

We're planning a busy weekend, but if you'd like to explore the area, there are many interesting attractions to visit. 

In the local area, you can:

-Try your hand at fishing at Lake Crabtree
