TARGET AUDIENCE
The Dysautonomia International 12th Annual Conference will offer educational, social and networking opportunities for patients, caregivers, medical professionals, business and non-profit leaders, and government policy makers who would like to learn more about autonomic nervous system disorders.

We welcome individuals of all ages, but the conference programming is best suited for individuals ages 12 & up. There is a Teen Program for adolescents aged 12-18. There are sessions for adult patients, family members, and medical professionals as well. Teens are welcome to join the regular programming as well.

An accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) course for licensed medical professionals and graduate students in the health professions is also being planned. The CME course will take place in Chicago on Saturday, June 28th during the Conference. A separate registration link for the CME course will be posted soon.

MEALS
In person registration includes a welcome reception with light refreshments and snacks on Friday evening, lunch, dinner and dessert on Saturday, lunch on Sunday, as well as salty snacks and hydrating fluids throughout the weekend. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. Ingredient lists are available for each meal and hotel staff will be available should you have any questions. You can also purchase food at the hotel's restaurant or one of the many restaurants near the hotel.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Dress is summer casual for the conference, with many of our guests wearing turquoise for dysautonomia awareness. You may want to bring a cardigan or sweater because the meeting rooms can get a little chilly sometimes. We suggest summer cocktail party attire for the Saturday night Awards Dinner.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

We're planning a busy weekend, but if you'd like to explore the area, there are many interesting attractions to visit. In the local area, the hotel is just minutes from The Fashion Outlets of Chicago, home to more than 130 luxury outlet stores, as well as Parkway Bank Park, which features a comedy club, bowling, bars and restaurants. Downtown Chicago is a 30 minute drive, where you can visit historic landmarks including Navy Pier, Wrigley Field, Millennium Park featuring Cloudgate/The Bean, Riverwalk, Buckingham Fountain, The Art Institute of Chicago, Lincoln Park Zoo, Willis Tower, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium and more.

SPONSORSHIPS, EXHIBIT BOOTHS, JOURNAL ADS & CHARITY AUCTION
There are many sponsorship and exhibit opportunities for businesses, organizations and individuals interested in supporting Dysautonomia International's 12th Annual Conference, whether or not you are planning to attend.
