Dysautonomia International 2026
Conference Scholarship Application
Thanks to our generous donors who contribute to Dysautonomia International's Amelia Moore Conference Scholarship Fund, we are able to offer a limited number of scholarships to dysautonomia patients, caregivers and medical students with an economic hardship to assist with livestream registration or in-person conference registration fees, travel and/or lodging support.

Please note, the scholarship application deadline is April 15, 2026. Applicants will be notified by April 20, 2026 if they have been awarded a scholarship.
Dysautonomia International 2026
Rehab Intensive Scholarship Application
A generous donor has provided Dysautonomia International with $20K in funding to provide scholarships for travel support for practicing PTs and OTs, and graduate level PT and OT students, who are interested in learning more about dysautonomia rehabilitation, so that they may attend the Dysautonomia International conference in person, including the Dysautonomia Rehab Intensive course taking place on Sunday during the conference.

Please note, the scholarship application deadline is May 1, 2026. Applicants will be notified by May 15, 2026 if they have been awarded a scholarship. You must be a practicing PT or OT to receive this scholarship, or a student currently enrolled in a PT or OT graduate level program. Please use your clinic or university email address when completing the scholarship request form.
